Cannot Access "Galaxy at War" Section of N7 HQ Website
Hi there,
I have been referred here from EA after a chat with their technical support team, which on a quick aside would like to say were extremely helpful and pleasant.
My issue is, as you may have gathered from the title, is that I can't access the "Galaxy at War" section on the N7 HQ website. Every time I enter my password beneath where it says "We require you to confirm your password before syncing you Galaxy at War data", it attempts to load, fails, and returns to the same screen. Just in case this is important, I should note that the account on N7 HQ was set up today, so I have never tried to access this before.
Technical support and I pursued multiple fixes including verifying my account, checking security, changing passwords, re-syncing profiles and even a few fixes listed online, such as changing the privacy of the account to make the website update.
Unfortunately none of this has worked. In fact the guy on technical support said he had never encountered a problem like this before. On the plus side, that at least makes me feel slightly special.
He recommended that I post here on the forums to solicit a response from a developer. Any help you could give me with this would be greatly appreciated.
