Cannot connect to galaxy at war

i have had Mass Effect 3 since the game came out and i have never been able to get access to the galaxy at war through multiplayer, i have given it time for patches to fix it but it has never fixed its self, and it is getting in my way of trophies, its quite annoying. can someone tell me a way to fix it please
