Cannot open doors or click on objects like pads or first aid in ME 3 pc
Game does not crash but will not open doors or get objects, things with the circle highlighted and sometimes it is not highlighted.

I'm not sure about ME3, but I know that this problem could occur in ME2 if you had a low framerate. Is your game running at more than 30 frames per second?
In this thread, someone fixed the issue by turning shadows off, so it might indeed be linked to the framerate as it was in Mass Effect 2.
