Can't connect to Mass Effcet 3 multiplayer on Playstation 3

I've played Mass Effect multiplayer for two weeks, however all this week everytime I try to play it keeps saying "You have lost connection to Mass Effect 3 server, you must connect again" endlessly. My wife also has a Playstation in our house and she can play Mass Effect 3 multiplayer with no issues what so ever. I got on my account on her playstation to see if I could play and I still have the same error message. I did everything everyone suggested on other posts and still nothing worked. The issue is not with my playstation or my internet (again, since my wifes playstation can play it no problem, just not with my account). Please help.
