Can't connect to online services
I bought mass effect andromeda on steam and can't connect with online services i try change the dns but nothing saw that it could be beacuse of the ea play that i used a few months ago need help to fix this thanks

It is most probably about that, but nobody here can fix this problem.
Only support can help in this case, so you need to contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
You also could try EAs Support on Twitter, or on Facebook. which are, after my experience, the most successful options regarding this error.
EA says that steam is the one that can fix after talking with steam they said it's a EA error and only they can fix this and after contact with 3 "supporters" one send me the troubleshotting for XBOX after told him serveral times that it was on steam and the other two told me to talk to steam and after telling them the error was one the EA side I got a warning and can't use chat support no longer
As said, Facebook and Twitter are the best help options for this problem imho.

I think I may have found a solution to the Online Services problem in Mass Effect Andromeda.
I was experiencing the same problem re access to Online Services with in-game error message: "Network Connection Error. Unable to connect at this time. Please try again later". Did the usual thing by Restoring Licences from PS4 Account Management menu under Settings, but this didn't do anything.
As for updating DNS - I didn't bother. Besides, I don't muck around with DNS settings unless I really need to.
Checking online on a couple sites (aussieservicedown.com and downdetector.com), it appeared ME Andromeda servers were up and running, with no issues reported.
To apply a test, I then logged onto my EA online account via ea.com. It was at login stage that I discovered my EA login credentials had expired.
Updated my EA password which automatically renewed my creds.
Went back to my PS4, Restored Licences again (for good measure) then booted the game. Lo and behold, Online Services back on!
This appears to be an EA profile security protocol issue that perhaps hasn't been widely gazetted by EA.
