I am also having this problem, and am seriously irked as to why its not working. Please can someone explain what I need to do?
I am seriously starting to get the impression that no one at EA seems to be actually reading this. I understand that this is by the community for the community, but considering I can't even use the damn live chat feature because the page links must be incomplete, because the button doesn't lead anywhere, so there's a broken link somewhere. So instead, I have to post about the inefficient and problematic digital download service run by people who have an inefficient and problematic website with seemingly non-responsive staff. So seriously, can someone from higher up sort this out please, I just want to download my DLC and play Mass Effect 3. Why is this made so difficult for no apparent reason?
