Close Origin.
Look if there is a "DLC_HEN_PR" folder inside your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC" folder. If yes move it from the folder and try again.
Do you have "The Final Hours Of Mass Effect 3" installed"?

Thanks for the reply.
There is no DLC_HEN_PR folder in BIOGame\DLC
I don't have "The Final Hours Of Mass Effect 3" installed.

In Origin menu left top corner > Application settings > installs and Saves > On your computer > check that "Game library location" matches the installation folder of your games. (>drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games)
If it does clear your Origin cache.
All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.)
- close Origin completely. (right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close)
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) > hit ENTER
- Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder. (The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.)
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy "%AppData%" (without quotes) > hit ENTER
- Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder
- Delate the "Origin" folder inside the "Roaming" folder
- In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on the word "AppData".
- Open the "Local" folder
- Delate the "Origin" folder inside the "Local" folder
- Restart your PC. > test- 9 years ago
Hi,
I deleted ProgramData and Local/Roaming AppData as instructed
Clicking the Download button on From Ashes now spawns a popup window, saying "To play Unidentified Game, you must first activate it on your EA account."
