Cant find file autorun.xml

I bought the disk of ME2 and installed it fine. However I cant actually play it, because when I start the autorun an error message comes up saying 

"the following file could not be found: autorun.xml"

I am using windows 7 and cleaned the disk, and fiddled with compatibilty settings but it still doesent work.
