Can't start Mass Effect (1)

So I just installed Mass Effect using Origin and whenever I click it a box comes up that says "LAUNCHING" and "syncing cloud data" then the box disappears and nothing happens. 

I don't know what to do as I've reinstalled twice already and have already tried running it as an admin. 

If someone could help it would be very appreciated.
