So I've completed ME1 on MELE (Steam) and wanted to start ME2 and when I got into the launcher and pressed "START" I got a 1second loading screen and got back to the title screen in the launcher and I can't press anything. Also tried to start ME3 and I have the same issue.
No, the saves are outside the game folder.
The only way wold be the Origin cloud save function, but that would have prompted you at the very first Game start.
@ch1ddy1337 Please repair the game in both Steam and Origin. In Steam, click on the MELE in your game library, click the gear icon, and choose Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of the game files. In Origin, open your game library, right-click the MELE icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

For good measure, please also try starting a new save in ME1, just to see whether it still works.

@ch1ddy1337 Your dxdiag is full of Windows update errors, so many that there aren't any MELE errors listed. And that's no surprise either: you're running a five-year-old build of Windows. That could easily account for the issues, either by itself or with some mismatch between the Windows build and a much newer driver. (For example, your graphics driver is from this year and was never meant to be compatible with this Windows build.) Whether or not this is the issue, or the only issue, it at least needs to be ruled out.

You're running a LTSB (Long Time Service Branch) version of Windows, you can't preform a repair install on this version!

A LTSB will run into this problems sooner or later. It is meant as a mission critical OS with minimum updates, all the multimedia stuff is not brought to the state of the art.
The standard save folder is "Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Saves\ME1".
Did you updated to a newer version of the LTSB or did you opted in to a standard edition?
