cant start the game Display Name field missing from registry

Question

hello everyone i NEED your help please the game was updated last night and ever since every time i try to lunch it it keep tilling me that " too many computers accessed my computer , this account version of Display Name field missing from registry. please try again later "

am playing on my laptop Lenovo Y540 and origin is only installed on my laptop i didn't install in on any other devise and i have also changed my account password still i have even restarted my laptop and internet connection many times again noting seems to work ,,, PLEASE HELP

thanks for the reply ,,, the game is lunching just fine now BUT its stuck on the MAIN LUNCHER and every time i try ME1,2or 3 it brings me back to the main launcher !! again is it related to the previous ERROR and if not how to fix it ?

and may i understand what went wrong so i can avoid it am a content creator and my channel is a Mass Effect centric and i need to be able to cover the game
