Can't talk to the Illusive Man/Can't continue

Question

I am using MEREaclibated just so everyone knows. No other mods though.

I go to talk to the Illusive Man after doing everything else, and getting Jack. Yet I can't seem to? I'm stuck I hit the thing and nothing happens. I stood there for 2 minutes waiting and nothing. Can anyone help?

How is the game performing? Some interactions in ME2 don't work if your framerate is low.

If you suspect the mod might be causing issues, it might help to ask about it in the comments over at Nexus Mods or wherever you downloaded it.
