CE From Ashes "disabled" - please help!

Hi All  🙂

I bought the Collector's Edition of ME3, it came with From Ashes DLC.  Everything worked beautifully until I purchased and installed the Omega DLC.  Once Omega was installed, I could no longer play ME3 at all because I found myself victim of the "Redeem Online Pass" issue.  After a couple of weeks of frustration, the issue was kindly resolved for me by BioWare / EA, HOWEVER, since that issue was resolved, my From Ashes DLC is unplayable.  Whenenever I start ME3 I receive the message that I should log on with "..the account used to purchase From Ashes DLC."  So, I am stumped.  I can't re-download the DLC, because apparently I no longer own it even though it is in my game content list in Origin; I can't repurchase it, because according to Origin, it is installed; and I can't play it, because according to ME3 in game, I'm not supplying the correct account details to legally play it.  I'm sad  ☹️ 

If anyone can help me, I would love them forever.  And give them lots of cookies.  And cupcakes.  Please help!

    I am reasonably certain that what you need done involves gaining access to your member account.  That sort of tech access is reserved to the Game Advisers' responsibility.  You will probably have to make that your next step. 

    (With credit for the original to EA's Eve)

    You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.

    To do so:

            Go to https://help.ea.com/

            Log in with your Origin account.

            Click on "Contact us"

            On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.

            Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".

            Select the available Contact method of your choice.
