Cerberus code from Mass Effect Trilogy (PS3)

Question

I bought a version of Mass Effect Trilogy about a month ago (EU region, Hungary precisely). Everything went perfectly until I wanted to activate the Cerberus Network. The code which I found in the box of Mass Effect 3 is not redeemable. When I tried to activate it the system responded with the message that the code is invalid or no longer avilable. I searched the PSN for a downloadable version of the Cerberus Pack but i couldn't find it and neither found anything useful on the web. I'm really looking forward to a solution.

Cerberus Network codes have been discontinued. The Cerberus Network DLC, including Zaeed and Normandy Crash Site, should be available for free without redeeming a code.

PS3 is known to be difficult in this regard, however. If you have issues, I'd recommend contacting official support: http://help.ea.com/contact-us

I wantet to play Mass Effect 2 on pc again but I can't start the game due to an Invalid License of the Cerberus Network I really want to play it again it's a great game the best of the three what can I do to play it again?
