Cerberus Code
I just paid for cerberus code and recive verification e mail. But the question is WHERE IS THAT CODE ? Cuz i have to reedem it right ?

Same problem here. I bought the Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition, it should come with a Cerberus Code.
There is a field in the verification E-Mail where it says "Your Cerberus Network Key:" but there is no key, it's just blank!
I contacted EA Support 2 weeks ago about this, but they have been ignoring me since, so I thought maybe someone here knows a solution.
EA Help is the ONLY place to get a fix, but eMail will take just short of forever. If your English is good, and you do not get multiple contact methods with your current official location, try temporarily changing to a location
where English is the language, and find out if you don't see added contact options.
