Cerberus Network stuck on loading, unable to access game.

Hi,

I had bought the game a few years ago and played through it on another computer, which was running Windows 7, completing the game and such with no problems, all that. However, in hype for Andromeda's release later this year, I decided to play through the series again.

However, upon downloading it via the Origin manager on my new computer, (Which runs Windows 10), I am unable to access any part of  the game past the title screen, due to the Cerberus Network stuck at the "Now Loading" option, not letting me get through to the New Game, Options, or DLC window which should have been available when I fire it up. Seeing as I payed for the game, and bought DLC for the full experience, I would like someone to help me with this so that I may have access to the game that I bought.
