Cerberus Network

Hello there lads.

So I'm having this problem where I bought Mass Effect 2 through Steam.

What happens is not too long ago I changed my email, since the old one I had got hacked.

For some reason, when I try to log in to the cerberus network, my key (given by Steam mind you) is "already in use" and I can't log in.

This, I could care less if it wasnt because I spent I don't know how much money purchaseing the dlc's.

So I'd like to know if there is any solution to this ridiculous thing.

I am able to provide the purchase number for the DLCs.

I'd also like to know how does all this stuff work... I have Mass Effect bought through Steam but I have to do absolutely everything through Origin? What?

Anyway...

I'd like to know why my Steam key is not working on my Cerberus Network after spending $20~ on dlcs.

Cheers.

  • The Cerberus Network is not linked to paid DLC content. Even if you don't have the Cerberus Network, your paid DLC should still work.

To get a new Cerberus Network key, go here and click the 'buy now' link. It's completely free because EA discontinued online passes and DLC equivalents.

To get all your other previously purchased DLC, go here: https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

I've tried to buy a new Cerberus code. It goes through the process, never gives me a code then drops me back to my entitled game content. I've downloaded them all, but my Steam install of ME 2 keeps telling me I can't use them because I'm not connected to Cerberus. My existing key won't work and I can't seem to get a new free key. I'm seriously pissed about this situation given what I paid for the game plus all the DLCs.
