Character Creation/In game Changes

Question

The character creation needs more features and improvements, faces need improvement and the level of customization needs to be improved. There were more options in Oblivion than this.

Anyway, I would also like to say that there needs to be an option in game to change your characters face Like in Dragon Age Inquisition with the Black Emporium.

Maybe add in new additions, new tattoos, better hair options, color etc.

But seriously, if the Creator is changed than players who already made a character should be able to access them too.

It's really a little strange when the character creator could make your character look like a clown(really with the proper tattoos and colour, they look they actual clowns) but I cant have options to make it look more like myself. I dont expect any game character creator to have an exact match, but most would give you a slight resemblance and in the previous ME series I could actually come much closer than this one.
