Character unlock not appearing

Edit: I found the problem. For some reason the dlc didn't download even though the download dialog had come up. Forced a download through origin and everything works now.

Thanks for coming back with the edit. For anyone else who is seeing this issue, you can check the game details page for ME3 and scroll down to see the DLC.
