Chat name and in-game names are different

My chat session name and the in-game name are different. This causes great confusion among my friends. Is there a way to have the same name for my chat session? BTW, I can't find the problematic chat session name anywhere on either bioware or ea.

I would like to use blue_sienna for both chat and in game. I want the chat name js...e to go away.
