Citadel DLC Glitch- Can't Invite Anyone up

    It appears you accidentaly selected "invite all" and therefore started the party event. You'll either have to finish the party and then invite the others up, or load an earlier savegame.

I have only had success using the "Invite Up" menu once the party is finished.  This may be intentional, since some of the characters invited up had comments about the party in their dialogue.
