Citadel: Hanar Diplomat terminal bug still not fixed?!

I picked up the Hanar Diplomat mission, did the first console in the Embassies, then left to do some missions as just running around the Citadel can get really boring, especially on my 6th play through. When I returned to complete the quest (so that I could get Kasumi for the Citadel DLC party) the second terminal in the docks area cannot be selected or activated.This bug has been reported a great many times and there seems to be a fix available for the PC version from what I've seen from other posts. However, at least on PS3, this seems to remain an issue despite it being reported more than 2 years ago. This bug is really annoying me as I have no saved data from before I left the citadel after activating the first terminal, as a result, I can see no way to do this quest and therefore, no way to get Kasumi for the Citadel DLC party. Is there a fix that I have missed on these forums, or is this STILL unresolved after more than 2 years?!

    Looking through the Wiki, leaving the Citadel while this quest is active appears to trigger an auto-failure. I'm inclined to think that it's intentional and not a bug considering the nature of the quest (Kasumi cannot follow you onto the Normandy and there's an insane jelly up to no good), but it would have been nice to have some warning that leaving the Citadel would fail the quest.

    Beyond going back to a prior save, I know of no other fixes for the PS3 version of the game.
