cloud saves ea app

Hello! I was playing Dragon Age Inquisition, Jedi Fallen Order and other EA games on different machines throughout the years. My last take was on GeForce Now, which synced my Cloud-based saves perfectly. Now I have switched to my own gaming PC running on Windows and there seem to be no way of getting access to my cloud saves for those games. I don't have any backup. How do I retrieve my saves for all those games?

Hi @kostjaigin, To confirm where you playing through EA App or another client on Geforce now? You might need to confirm Nvidia's system was able to upload the cloud data, then sign into the same account and try to retrieve your saves.

  • I think I was playing from EA App, but now that you are asking, I am not so sure anymore. I was playing late 2022 and in the beginning of 2023 for the last time. Now after almost a year I entered my account again, geforce now used EA App to start the game (I tried Dragon Age Inquisition & Jedi Fallen Order) - no saves were available anymore. I hope they are not gone ☹️ There are different infos in replies to similar issues, but mostly people are saying EA App doesn't support cloud saving and recommend to import the saves using origin, but no idea how I should install it now
