Cloud Saves missing

Been told to post this here by EA Help... So. Last week Friday I'd played Mass Effect Legendary Edition. Had both my ME1 and ME2 saves. I quit using the in game menu and the launcher menu, and then ...

Hi @Sariten, To confirm are you playing from the EA app or Steam?

    I am playing from the EA App. I don't have the game on Steam.

    @EA_Illium not sure if you saw, but I replied that I am playing from the EA App as I do not have Legendary Edition on Steam.

      Hi @Sariten 

      Thanks for the information, to confirm can you try to verify the game via the EA app library and check if it pulls your saves?

        @EA_Illium The only options I have are "Play", "View Properties" "Repair" or "Uninstall". I have performed a repair and then booted up the launcher and gone into both games. No saves.
