Cloud Saves missing

Been told to post this here by EA Help... So. Last week Friday I'd played Mass Effect Legendary Edition. Had both my ME1 and ME2 saves. I quit using the in game menu and the launcher menu, and then ...

Hi @Sariten, Can you check the save location if there are any files? Also to confirm do you have any mods (or have you had any)?

@EA_Illium In the Mass Effect 1 save location for Legendary Edition there is the folder "PROFILE" within which is the file "GamerProfile.pcsav"
In Mass Effect 2 there is "GamerProfile" and "Launcher_Profile"
In Mass Effect 3 there is a folder called "John_33_Vanguard_081223_520ef9a" which is the save I made at my friends, which contains "AutoSave.pcsav", "ChapterSave.pcsav" and "Save_003.pcsav". It also contains "Launcher_Profile" and "Local_Profile".
I have not used mods with the originals, nor with Legendary Edition.
