Coalesced.ini edit issues

Question

I cannot edit the coalesced.ini file even though I am using Notepad++. I have, in past play throughs been able to edit this file with no problem, however now, when I attempt to make a change, I don't have any means to do so as there is no cursor action to work with. Also, the file appears much different, very difficult to read as the text is "washed out"

That is either a Notepad++ problem or the "coalesced.ini" is corrupt.&nbsp;

Do you have a second machine around? That would be the easiest way to determine which on it is.

Unfortunately, I don't have a 2nd machine available. I replaced the coalesced.ini file with a vanilla backup, and it's still the same issue

Sounds like it's the Notepad++...you could try changing the settings in the "Style Configurator" (under "Settings" on the menu).

Have you tried using Wench's Coalesced Editor to edit your Coalesced file?
