Code redemption manlfunction

Hi, I bought a two disc version of Mass Effect 3

I was installing it- I installed Origin and logged in successfully,

But when it asked for my product code, I supplied it correctly, and it said "Not a Mass Effect 3 code"
It sent me back to the redemption page and I reentered it, then it told me "Code has already been used"

Trying to install it from my disc is now impossible because I can't get past that page.

However it has shown up in my Origin Account, but it says I have to download it.

I don't want to download a game I should be able to install from my disc.

What can I do?

    Understand your issue, but there's nothing anyone here can do for you.  The AHQ is for "player-to-player" technical self-help and game-play discussions.

    We're all just fellow gamers, doin' the best we can...

    You need "official" support from the EA Game Advisors.

    You have an account/code problem.
     
    I *believe* that if you explain the situation to them they can issue a product code that should work for you.
    But downloading the game may turn-out to be a better (or your only) option...  😕mileyfrustrated:
