Collector Edition items missing from new SP games

Hey there,

I've recently started playing SP again with imported Shepards and I've noticed that none of my CE exclusive items are available (N7 Valiant, Hurricane, the dog, the hoodie, etc).

When I checked my old, non-imported games, the items were all there, but when I load my imports (I've brought in 2 so far), I am not able to access these items. My other DLC items are fine for all my Sheps, just the CE items are missing.

Does anyone know what might be wrong?

This issue was solved by contacting EA.
Just for future reference, my issue was related to an earlier Online Pass fix that had to be done in an unorthodox way. I managed to get that matter dealt with as well!
