I purchased "Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition" and had all of the eligable DLCs installed after the base game.
After sorting out the Mass Effect 2 won't launch via Origin problem I was finally able to go into the game.
I was prompted to log into my EA account and so I did, however a pop up appears and it says:
Unable to authorize the listed DLC
Please log into Cerebus Netowkr with the Account used
to purchase the DLC.
Collectors Weapon and Armour
I then proceeded to the Bioware Social Network and registered my game using the Product Code provided in Origin Game Details page, then I went into my registered game content (https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php), I was able to see all the DLC included by the Deluxe Edition package except for the "Collectors Weapon and Armour".
Please fix this, thank you!
