Problem with Mass Effect Archives website

Hello, first time posting here. When trying to access the Career tab on the website I'm recieving an error message reading: "Oops, an error occured. Please refresh the page and retry." Refreshing the page does not fix anything, in fact the same error occurs when pressing the Sync Career button. This error persists even when trying to use the page on another device. Also this has been an issue since last December at the very least.
