First, this is the AHQ. The AHQ is for "player-to-player" technical self-help. We're all just fellow gamers, so you won't get any "official" response here.
Second, you sound incredibly immature. You're basically saying, "I want, so gimmee." If you think the games and their DLC are worth buying (at the price at which they're offered) buy them. If not, don't. But no producer of any product is under any obligation to sell it cheaper "just because".
I want to own a Bugotti roadster with all the options, and the only reason I don't is that I can't afford it. Welcome to the real world.

I apologise for my tone. I should have spent more time on the post, and I admit its far too easy to slip in to "EA Hate" without thinking.
For clarity, I have bought all three games at launch, at full price. And I have bought the majority of the DLC, all for the Xbox 360. I now want to swap them over to the PC because the 360 will be dead in six months time, and the Xbox One doesn't have backwards compatiblity.
Now, lets look at the games. The most recent is over 18 months old. The oldest is what? 2007? These games are definitely past their primary sales time (two weeks post launch, generally), they are past their secondary sales (all the sequels are out), and all that is left at this point are the tertiary sales like mine. So why make it hard to have the whole experience? Why not bundle everything together and / or drop the prices? At this point any sale is better than none.
Well, since the Mass Effect Trilogy was released last November, I'd say there are a lot more than just the "tertiary" buyers out there. And when it goes on discount, (which it has several times; was priced at US$25 recently and I saw that it's part of the Steam Summer Sale next month) it creates a whole new set of potential buyers for the DLC. If I'm running EA, why in the world would I cut-off that revenue stream?!?
The games are worth what people are willing to pay for them. You have to decide how much they are worth to you.
