Constant freezing/stuttering every few seconds

I get a freeze/stutter every few seconds when playing this game. Mu specs are far beyong the reccommended so I'm not sure what is happening. It freezes for maybe a second and comes back and it happen...

I fixed it. Turns out the in-game Origin display was doing it. Disabling that has stopped the stuttering altogether.
