Controls stop responding (And physics/crash issue)

Looking at the 1.02 patch the issue I'm having with the controls sound a lot like this, except for me I lose control when just pressing Esc. 

"

  • GUI: Pressing U when first getting control of Shepard and then pressing ESC to close it will not cause the player to lose all input functionality"

I still have the retail disc version, would there be any difference in playing that over the Origin version? They should be the same right?

385.41 is the last driver available for your cart. I would suggest to try this one. https://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/123219

Don't use GFExperience to update the driver > Preform a "custom installation" > Preform a clean installation.

Also run Origin and the game as Administrator.

Let "Origin in game" disabled.

Did you tried another USB port for your input devices?

    Unfortunately those are step I have already taken. Currently I'm having another go with my retail disc copy and I'll see how that goes.
