Corrupt Cloud save interrupting battle loot
No loot items being added to inventory after battle arising out of corrupt Cloud save as the game saves previous playthrough no matter what to transfer it to me2. Occured due to abrupt shutdown.

EA Staff (Retired)Apologies to confirm testing on an older lvl 50 save allows you get loot again?
If so, then we may need to to start a new game if you don't have an backup saves from the game that got corrupt if you don't want to play on the lvl 50 saves.

Cloud saves are not loaded into the game, just the local saves on your hard drive.
If you delete the saves in game they are not loaded back by the cloud save system the next time you start the game, this way you can delete any corrupt save you have.Thanks..any idea then how does it keep record of previous playthrough, Achievements etc. ??
