Before the main menu, I'm getting this message: "The following DLC is corrupt and can not be used. Please re-download this downloadable content and try again." I've tried all the possible solution...

the dlc folder isn't there when I go into the BIOGame

Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC" and delete all the files and folders inside.Restart Origin and redownload the DLC. This should correct the issue.
2017 and problem still exists ☹️
Did you tried to delete and re-download the DLCs?
