Could not activate DLC

Help! Years ago, I paid actual money for all of the ME2 add ons, I.e. Shadow Broker, Zaeed, etc. I have them on my computer and installed them. I get a message when I start the game that I have to log onto Cerberus to make them work, activate them, or something. I do so, and nothing at all changes. This renders my character who's already won ME2 practically useless. All of my newer weapons, Viper, Widow, etc, appear to be saying "Image Unavailable", I forget the exact wording. I feel totally screwed over here. I can't log into the BioWare Social Network because I've forgotten most of my info. I gave the email address I had back then, trying to change my screen name. Nothing has shown up in the mailbox. I feel like I've been messing with this for about two days, and now I am at a loss. Please Help if you can!
