Coupon buy one get one free

Today only there are coupons that are supposed to be buy one get one free on badges. I have tried all day to use them but it will not let me. I have contacted help & waited on hold for over 2 hours & spoken to 3 different people who could not help me. I think pogo does this on purpose & it is false advertisement to offer a coupon that can never be used! I think that Pogo is only concerned with getting our money. This is what happens every single time I have tried to use a coupon, even the one supposidly for my birthday but it would never let me use it!!! I am sick of it Pogo, I have copied my chat sessions & had them e mailed to me & I am going to contact the better business bureau because it is lying & false business practice to offer something that you make it impossible to ever redeam!!!
