Crash after thane loyalty mission

After i finish thane loyalty mission, at the end screen appears, the game just crashes, i see the end of the mission screen i click continue then the game passes to a loading screen and then it just ...

What system are you on? If you're on PC, can you right-click the game panel and choose the Repair option?

There's nothing to click on, just a black screen playing background sounds. I can't even use Task Manager to kill what's left running of ME2 as the black screen insists on seizing the foreground; the only way to kill it for sure is to reboot the PC. The latest I can restore back to is the auto-save following Talid in the 800 Blocks.
