Alright, so I just made a new character from scratch, and got flawlessly to the Citadel. Same thing happens, I try to use the elevator to either Huerta Memorial Hospital, or Council Embassy, and boom, game crashes. Anyone knows a fix?
So I've found a work around to the problem, I think... I took inspiration from a issue that PS3 users had a year ago, where their screen would go pinch black, but the music would continue. A user suggested they'd press the PS3 buttom, and when the load started, press it again. This work around did the trick for them.
Now when I use the elevator, I just franticly spam the ESC buttom, and for some reason that works.

Scratch that, obviously I was just lucky while spamming ESC.
