Crashes on loading screen when Hailing a cab on planet Illium

Gaming is just a pastime and I normally do not wait until the vendors have solutions to the problem. And if they do not have, There should be an alternative like Refunds or equivalents. Having said that, Let me wait and watch.

Here are the details.

The problem : The Game Crashes on loading screen when Hailing a cab on planet Illium.

This is from both places.

1 From the the dialogue option with Officer Dara

2. By walking to a console at the center of the hub to hail a cab for spaceport.

Also do note, these are not covered in  "Crash Troubleshooting" 

as provided  in  "Electronic_Arts_Technical_Support.htm" on installation / or the like,  which acknowledges only these two

1.Crashing after the Splash Screen
2.Crashing after a Full Black Screen

                   Soon to be auto upgraded to Windows 10 so, not sure if this issue will  get resolved or completely go bust!
                   Or should I be migrating back to XP? ( sill have the system for compatibility sake )

Logs are Available with multiple instance ( of crashes )
with the the lastest file being "unreal-v3607-2015.07.25-23.16.07.dmp"
but no way to upload this details here.

I think, there should be an option to upload this files/logs
i.e system info, dumps etc for trouble shooting.

Additionally , have already Gooooooooooooogled  for long on these issue and carried on with other objectives , hopping to complete without Samara.

i.e changed various  display options in Configuration utility to tide over and be back to normal setting that I prefer.
