I posted all the information relevant to the problem, is it enough? I dont have any other details.
As i mentioned when I click on ME3 Icon or on the origin launcher and start the game, it loads to a blackscreen can hear the normal start up sound of EA,but then in few second it crashes with the error as mentioned.
Is this happening at the "checking downloadable content" part? if so, it's been happening to a number of players, and there is a thread here:

Nope it does not even go to the menu screen of ME3, when I click on ME3 ICON black screen comes up can hear the EA SPLASH and then bang windows error comes up. Possibly related to it but it a pain in the ass, and it was working yesterday now its not. lol
