- Liam: nothing, he's useless. Kidding. Liam does the same job Drack can do, but regarding gears and augments. Differently from Drack though, Liam can accidentally destroy augments. But if he gets right, augments can have considerable improvements. He can also try diminishing bad effects of those Core Augments for chest armour. However, he could destroy them too.
Hahaha, thats genius. People would hate Liam even more if he destroys those precious fusion mods😃 . Poor kid, he gets enough hate even now and hes not doing anything just being himself...imagine him messing up your equipment.
As for Kallo...hes the pilot. He's flying the ship. As Gil would say 👿
I doubt Bioware would go into the "send your teammates for a mission" because lazy people would just sit back and keep sending the crew members for tasks they dont wanna do, like finding manifestos or little mouse and so on. Obviously i get your point, simple tasks but still. It'd make your life much easier of course but i dont think Bioware wanna go the way to let the AI solve the problems that otherwise would be your task.
On the other hand, the additional task for each crew member is a great idea. Drack could even combine certain weapon mods (barrel+extended magazine, hell yeah) but he would have some chance of rendering them useless during the progress if he duct tapes them together wrong. However that may would make your weapons waay to overpowered having 8 mods for 4 slots...soo maybe not. Just an idea.
Kallo doesn't seem to have to get anything else to do ... unless ... unless you started using him to learn about your flirting reactions upon the rest of the crew. Just by reminding me of his "Kill me, please." statement, it would be just too much fun asking him to check the mood of the crew, specially those you are flirting, just watch him despair, protest and report to you in the most awkward possible way. PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHAHAHAHAHAH! *drooling all over the place*
And yes, Liam needs more love.
I doubt everything regarding Bioware at the moment. If I refrain myself to what I expect them doing, I'll have to retreat to a dark room, light up some spirits, hug my knees, fetal position, bouncing back and fourth, and then I would stare without blinking at the Bug and Technical Issues Sections and the Twitter Account. Not the brightest perspective. 🤭

If Kallo is a gossip he needs to either start gossiping or they need to go back and change that line. There's a lot here they could've done with that.
I thought he was going to be the go-to guy for Tempest upgrades, teamed up with Gil, and he kinda is with the Ghosting thing - but since failure is not an option in the first game it doesn't feel important.
I don't know why they decided to go with not being able to fail, or walking paths of moral compromise that get harder and harder to justify, after ME2 and ME3. Citadel was needed comic relief and lightheartedness and those are two of the reasons it shined. Rom-com's are good fun... but definitely not what I expected.
