To be honest I find Sara Ryder prettier than Femshep(original without mods or customisation), think the issue here is once again benchmarking, when people found out that her face model is Jayde Rossi OMG all hell broke loose.  To me it's just stupid of bioware marketing to release info on their face models especially when they turn out so differently.
