The scene with Jenkins at the start had the same issue on both my Series X and my PC, it's the game- I'd have to replay the scene in the original game and the issue might go away in the other two games but it is rather disappointing that you just see these ugly red hues breaking immersion.
You can see the difference in hue across her face. (Took it while replicating original Shepard). You watch the Jenkins scene with the doctor and it's enough to make you want to close your eyes.
