You can come sorta close now, but I don't think the tool actually allows it without external (and not supported by EA/Bioware) modding.
There is no preset that looks quite like him. Also WHY CAN'T WE HAVE THAT BEARD on our custom male Ryder's. All we have are these sad mud smudges...
Tell me about it. The trilogy suffered from this issue too. We couldnt get the same facial hair that Sheploo had.
Scott's beard isnt as impressive but the custom ones are just dreadful and there are only 1-2 decent alternatives and even then, the contrast when the beard meet the hair is huge. They dont connect nicely...they just feel unnatural like you just bought some fake stuff from the store and glued it in there.

And here's mine which looks and feels better but could use some improvement still.
It gets worse with facial hair if you go with a Scott with blonde hair. The facial hair really looks funky with the light hair colours.
there's a reason why i don't usually make ryders or shepards with anything more than a goatee & mustache.
