Disappearing Cryo Pod Points

So, I know I'm late to the party, but I love this game.  However, I just noticed that I'm Nexus level 6 and only have 2 cryo pods unlocked with no rewards to claim.  WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY POINTS?  My poor pioneers!  They are doomed to stay forever in cryo due to game glitches.  I have COMPLETED Voeld, did was much on Eos as I could do before the radiation settles.  

Also, sidenote.  

THIS GAME NEEDS AT LEAST DLC!!!  PLEASE ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS MAN!!!

    @MsMisc Depending on that you allocate your points some "investments" are rewarded with mats drop on worlds you explore, ammo drops, better price on store. From what I remember the cryo points are related to lots of side missions which affect the outpost capacity and stability. In similar situation (Eos done all before radiation drop and Voeld all up to placing outpost) I had 3 or 4 cryo points. More have come later.
