Disappearing squad and enemies on Noveria, Peak 15.

Alright I have the digital download of the Mass Effect Trilogy on Origin and I have been encountering a problem where the textures of the squad, and enemies, disappear on Noveria as I enter Peak 15. 

The game still plays otherwise and you can restore the squad mate textures by entering the Mako however they disappear right at the entrance of Peak 15 every time. I have tried save and reloads as well as going back to an earlier point in the game and playing up to there all to no avail. 

Anyone else having this problem and perhaps know of a good fix?
