Well, wheel bug now happens just after I start a game. I really don't want to get all negative, but why a patch always has to break something. Something that I already was broken, thanks very much, so it's actually worse now? I can live with crazy eyes for a while longer. But when I don't have control over my convo choices, that's real game breaker...
Edit: new bug - after alt+tab(ing) I can't get back to full screen mode....

@mrufka_z After alt+tabbing >>> Once you click into the game window again (so that it can "catch the mouse cursor"), try hitting left_alt+return. That flips it back into full screen for me.

The problem is, I can't "catch" the mouse cursor anymore. I can use it only after hitting ESC and getting screen with options, settings, ect, but still can only enlarge it to a windowed mode.
But I will try your solution next time and see if it works Thanks.

Going to pass this on to my husband because he's having this same issue. Hope it works! Thanks for posting this.

The alt+tab and ctrl+esc both stop you from going back into full screen mode. This can be reversed by going into setting and selecting video output. Change it from full screen to something else, then back to full screen. Exit and save your changes. It's a pain, but it's a workaround.
Edit: Actually, @V4rdyn has a posted a better workaround. left alt+enter. Never thought of that.
