Dlc and payment.
Good day, i have problem with dlc on mass effect 2 and 3. I buy 800 bioware points and buy 3 (160 points per 1, Dlc for mass effect 2, this 3 i have, but when i use points for dlc on mass effect 3(160 points per one) i lose my points and dont take any promo code any in my registred game content i dont have nothing new.

Please right-click on the ME3 icon in your Origin client and choose "Show Game Details".
You should see all your DLC here like this:
If you do not see the DLC you just bought as "Installed" or ready for "Download", please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.
You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone, chat or email as contact option.
