DLC issues - Xbox 360

Xbox 360 - So I had most of the DLC for ME2 on my original gamertag. When I went to play it on my new gamertag I was able to play Kasumi, Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site, Firewalker and Overlord - but Shadow Broker, Arrival and Genesis are listed as being corrupt and suggest I should download them again.

I deleted the content, and tried to download again.

They don't appear in the cerberus menu, but I can download them from the xbox menu, which I did. Obviously didn't work, said they were corrupt again, bringing me to the start issue.

They do appear on the old gamertagin the cerberus menu, but that still doesn't solve the issue

I am happy to purchase the content again for my new gamertag, but I am concerned that the issue will continue to occur, with them being corrupt and not appearing.
